Available Positions Assistant Director of Development Remote | Full-time The Assistant Director of Development will be responsible for leading the annual wealth screening process and its analysis for establishment of initial caseloads for MGO cultivation and, in subsequent years, the prospect pool of donors for incorporation into existing caseloads or the creation of new caseloads as the team grows. You will also lead in the development and implementation of a fund development growth strategy for annual and monthly giving audiences in partnership with the National Director of Development, Individual and Major Gifts. National Books Administration Manager Remote | Full-time The National Books Administration Manager will support the re-design and implementation of Reach Out and Read’s overall books model and processes, focused on equity, quality, and sustainability. You will tackle several key pieces of work as a pro-active, solutions-focused, and well-organized leader with experience in designing and implementing effective administrative processes, gathering and analyzing large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel, collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders, managing book donation processes, providing key support to a books-focused committee, and helping to incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion into books work. Program Manager, Georgia Remote based in Georgia | Full-time The Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and all team members to sustain, expand, and enhance the quality of Reach Out and Read programs.
